Program Overview

The Management Services

Management Services provides operational support services, both within Ulster BOCES and to participating school districts. These services exemplify the tremendous potential for reducing costs when districts pool the resources of staff, equipment, facilities, and time. Management Services includes grant writing and coordination; cooperative bidding/purchasing; educational recruitment; transportation services; school lunch management; contract and personnel data analysis; substitute teacher calling; records management; safety, health, and risk management; school bus driver certification; community relations services; Mid-Hudson Athletic League coordination; and an employee assistance program.

The end result of purchasing Ulster BOCES Management Services is that districts receive quality services at a reasonable cost. These savings allow districts to direct more time and money towards instructional programs.
