Martin Ruglis is the Chief Executive Officer and District Superintendent of Ulster BOCES. He serves both the New York State
Education Department and the 9 public school districts within this supervisory district. He is also the local and regional representative of the
Commissioner of Education for the implementation of education law, the Commissioner's regulations and the policies of the New York State Board
of Regents.
Appointed by the Board in October, 2000, Mr. Ruglis and his administrative team provide leadership in the fullfillment of the BOCES mission.
