Early Childhood/Educational Studies

This two-year program is specifically designed for individuals interested in working with infants through elementary school-age children. Students observe, participate in, and develop a variety of activities with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while learning about child development. Students learn about the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social needs of infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children and model developmentally appropriate practices that enhance the development of children in an early childhood education setting.
