Ulster BOCES Management Services

Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential service offered to employees of participating school districts and their families. The EAP offers help in dealing constructively with problems that may impact the quality of our personal and work lives. The EAP provides counseling addressing social, emotional, and financial issues. Services include crisis intervention, assessment, and referral to community resources. Additional services include wellness education workshops, EAP orientations, and supervisor training.

EAP can also assist local school districts in complying with regulations set forth in The Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.

This program is offered through Kingston WORx, a division of the Kingston Hospital.
