Itinerant School Lunch Manager

Ulster BOCES employs a School Lunch Manager to be shared with two or more districts and/or BOCES. The manager oversees the Federal School Meals Program in participating districts; oversees and directs the preparation of menus; trains and supervises food service employees; and oversees and directs meals produced by the districts. The manager also oversees and/or assists with creating bid specifications for participating school districts and county school bids for food, milk, and paper supplies.
