Operations & Maintenance Management Services

An Ulster BOCES Director of Facilities is available to assist school districts in the management of their Operations and Maintenance department. This service provides experienced supervision for custodial and maintenance assignment planning, work order systems and tracking, capital and construction project coordination, mechanical systems maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair, inventory control, purchasing, and code compliance including pesticides, asbestos, underground storage tanks, indoor air quality, fire safety inspection preparation, and correction of deficiencies. This contract service does not receive BOCES Aid.
