Educational Recruitment: Mid-Hudson Cooperative Recruitment with Dutchess County BOCES
The Educational Recruitment Service provides shared staff recruitment services to school districts. Services include local, regional, and national advertising of vacancies; coordination of the flow of applicant information; maintenance of a database of job applicants/resumes; liaison efforts with placement offices; attendance at recruitment fairs; as well as the development of joint efforts to broaden the range and diversity of the applicant pool available to school districts. Vacancies are also posted on the Internet as part of this service. An on-line application is available for quick submission of candidate information, which is provided through a cross-contract with Dutchess County BOCES.
