Congratulations to Gail Hutchins of the Rondout Valley School District, who was was elected president of the Ulster BOCES Board of Education during the annual organization meeting on July 12. Christopher Farrell, who represents the Kingston City School District, was elected vice president. Also during the meeting, Farrell, along with Karen Osterhoudt of the Ellenville Central School District, Krista Barringer of the Saugerties Central School District, and Donald Greene of the Wallkill Central School District, were sworn in to their newly elected three-year terms.
