Sarah Dudley-Lemek serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning for Educator Edge and the Mid-Hudson Regional Information Center (MHRIC) at Ulster BOCES, where she leads with a passionate commitment to deeper learning as a driver of authentic engagement, understanding, and communication. With a career spanning classroom teaching, school leadership, and district-level innovation, Sarah brings a student-centered mindset to her work in professional learning, instructional design, educational technology integration, data use, and assessment. She believes that education should empower learners to become thoughtful, compassionate, and capable human beings—prepared to navigate an increasingly complex world with grace and purpose.
