Webinar: Google Docs/MS Word "Hacks" for Remote Learning (EA)
-
Zoom

Sometimes you have a resource that is only available as a PDF but your students exist in a virtual space and a PDF document isn't going to cut it. Instead you can make Google Docs or MS Word work to your advantage for in-person and virtual classroom spaces. In this workshop, you will learn a collection of Google Docs/MS Word hacks and have the opportunity to practice with them. These hacks include creating a force-copy link, adding tables to documents to make it easier for students to type answers to questions, and creating in-document hyperlinks for easy navigation. Though this workshop is most appropriate for Google Docs users who are just getting started, many of the strategies are transferable to other word processing programs such as Microsoft Word.
