Schools closed. Remote learning. Exhausted teachers. The pandemic has had a huge impact on schools around the world. Perhaps the biggest issue we face now and going forward is the impact of learning gaps caused by the pandemic. In this workshop, you will learn how Flipped and Mastery Learning can help all students succeed during and after the pandemic. You will learn how to teach with Mastery Learning and you will create a mastery unit plan - a plan that you can implement in your class after the conclusion of this course. The class will be flipped such that participants will read Jon Bergmann's new book in an asynchronous social platform. Additionally, there will be five live virtual sessions with Jon that will engage you and help you implement the model in your classroom.
