Mindfulness is a practice which allows us to be fully present in the moment, grounded and able to operate from a place of calm thus improving connections with ourselves, our students, and others. Participants will learn how anxiety operates in the body, the trap of worry and practical skills on how to incorporate mindfulness easily throughout your day whether working in the classroom or home.
