A restorative culture informs the language we use to build student agency and identity. Participants will create action plans utilizing Tier 1 strategies to enhance student engagement and foster positive relationships. Participants will use self-reflection and assessments to identify current practices and how to embed restorative conversations into these practices. Topics will include the purpose of restorative practices, restorative circles, and tier 1 classroom strategies.
