Through immersive, hands-on learning at High Tech High's Design Camp at Liberty Station in San Diego, California, participants will explore and apply innovative strategies that support the BRC's goals of multiple graduation pathways, assessment flexibility, and life-ready credentials. Additionally, follow-up sessions will help leaders create actionable plans to implement these practices, ensuring that PBL initiatives enhance academic rigor, cultural relevance, and opportunities for students to demonstrate their competencies in diverse ways.

Join us this school year to elevate your district's Tier 1 practices and establish Tier 2 structures through our three-year initiative. This four-part, in-person series, designed for district and school leaders, counselors, and related service providers, will focus on advancing Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and UDL Equity for Design in Tier 1 while developing Tier 2 strategies. Teams will receive dedicated work time and support to create actionable plans.
Participants will receive Lee Ann Jung's book, Assessing Students Not Standards, and she'll join us on May 21st to connect Tier 1 and Tier 2 practices. Together, we'll strengthen our foundation for Tiers 1 and 2, setting the stage for Tier 3 in the 2025-2026 school year. District teams are welcome, even if they missed last year's Part 1.
