Holly Brooker is the Director of Community Relations at Ulster BOCES, where she has spent the past 30 years helping schools communicate with purpose and authenticity. A recognized leader in school communications, she was named the 2025 New York School Communicator of the Year and is a 2026 National School Communicator of the Year finalist. She oversees an award-winning team specializing in strategic communications, digital engagement, crisis communications, and storytelling. Holly is a passionate advocate for using social media to build trust and strengthen school-community relationships.
