The Mid-Hudson Leadership Institute
The Mid-Hudson Leadership Institute has provided over 25 years of research-based professional development and leadership training for administrators. MHLI works in collaboration with forward thinking partners to inspire continuous improvement and instructional leadership by furthering knowledge, expertise, and sharing of resources.
Mid-Hudson Leadership Institute membership provides access to four distinct programs, plus the Marshall Memo resource. Each program is designed to meet the professional development needs of administrators in the four-county Mid-Hudson region Joint Management Team area. Costs vary.
Professional Development
The Mid-Hudson Leadership Institute offers a differentiated portfolio of professional development opportunities though out the academic year. Members receive reduced fees for all workshops, webinars and full day conferences.
New Administrator Program
The new administrators receive four workshops throughout the year building their capacity to identify, organize and effectively lead instructional improvement. Additionally, each participant receives coaching from an experienced administrator. Learn more.
Summer Leadership Institute
A full day conference with nationally and regionally known presenters and workshop facilitators. Members can attend at a reduced fee.
Mid-Hudson Advisory Council
Member districts may send a representative to the Mid-Hudson Advisory Council. The Advisory Council provides feedback regarding program offerings.
Additional Resource
Member districts will receive a monthly installment of the Marshall Memo from Kim Marshall.
