Thomas C. Murray continues the conversation on Leading with Purpose

Thomas Murray delves into what distinguishes the mindset of “leaders” in today’s climate of high stakes decision making. Tom hones in on our purpose as school leaders and reconnects our passion to our work so that we can embody effective leadership and communication, and importantly, build capacity in those around us to rise up and lead. Participants will experience culture-building activities and discussion to reinvigorate their work and impact their schools and classrooms. Today’s learners need leadership that can move past the noise and towards innovative solutions. Join us for a thought provoking, optimistic morning session!
