Students who qualify for a free or reduced price lunch also qualify for a free or reduced breakfast, at the same price.
Special note: For the 2022-2023 school year, all meals are free! However, families may wish to load their MySchoolBucks account with funds to finance a la carte items which aren’t a part of the free school meal program. Examples of à la carte items are beverages, snacks, and second entrees.
A la carte items will be available for students to order when placing their lunch order.
“SMART SNACKS IN SCHOOL”
In addition to the daily meals, students in Grades K-12 have the opportunity to purchase foods and beverages “à la carte” during breakfast and lunch periods. These items comply with the “Smart Snacks in School” nutrition standards which limit caloric, sodium, fat and sugar content.
This program provides students with supplemental nourishment to accommodate their busy schedules and extra-curricular activities.
“My SchoolBucks”
MySchoolBucks helps parents manage, monitor and review their children’s food purchases, right from their computers or smartphones. You can prepay for breakfast, lunch and/or snacks, restrict certain types of purchases, and set spending limits.
To get started, go directly to the MySchoolBucks website and set up an account.
