District Superintendent

Dr. Khoury serves as District Superintendent of Ulster BOCES. In addition to his role as Chief Executive Officer, he is the New York State Education Commissioner’s representative in the field, the major liaison between local districts and the State Education Department, and the spokesperson for regional education issues.

Deputy Superintendent

Dr. Schenker received his Doctorate in Education Leadership from The Esteves School of Education, at The Sage Colleges, in 2015. Dr. Schenker began his formal education career as a classroom teacher in inner city/urban settings, as well as rural school districts.

Director of Learning & Design at the Centers for Innovative Teaching & Learning (CITL)

Jill Berardi received her Certificate of Advanced Study from the SUNY New Paltz School of Educational Administration. She began her career as a classroom special education teacher in an inner-city school district, and transitioned into administration.

Director of Learning and Design for the Career Pathways Programs

Peter Harris received his Certificate of Advanced Study from the SUNY New Paltz School of Educational Administration in 2010. As a high school principal, he focused on promoting equity and access for all students.

Director of Instructional Services

Sarah Dudley-Lemek holds a Master of Arts in Teaching, Social Studies, from SUNY New Paltz, where she also received her Certificate of Advanced Study in School Building Leadership/School Building Leadership.
