The Recruiting Service offers the participating districts assistance and support with Recruiting Services. The scope of the assistance and support will be developed by the district in consultation with the Ulster BOCES Office of Personnel.
Areas of support and assistance include:
- Applicant Tracking System (electronic handling of online job applications and recruitment needs)
- Attendance at Recruitment Fairs
- Advertising Vacancies: focus on Internet advertising, online job applications, and brand marketing (print and digital)
Level I Support
All applicant information will be sent to the participating district.
Level II Support
Applicant information will be reviewed. The participating district will receive applicant information when the information provided indicates the applicant meets the minimum qualifications set by the district.
Level III Support
Applicant information will be reviewed and selected candidates will be interviewed. The participating district will receive information on the applicants considered to be finalists for the vacancy.
