Come join our culinary team to learn about and make different types of foods!
Are you interested in all three of the baking classes or all three of the cooking classes listed below? If so, make sure to register for the Baking or Cooking Bundles at a discounted price (under class descriptions).
A $15 (cash) food fee for each class participant is payable to the office the night of class. All who register are required to wear a hair covering and face mask, and bring an apron with them. Classes below are located at the Ulster BOCES Adult Career Education Center (Route 9W in Port Ewen).

ServSafe Food Production Manager's Certification
New York State public health law mandates food safety training for food service workers and managers in supermarkets, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nonprofit and volunteer organizations. The ServSafe Program is America’s most recognized food-safety training program and is designed to provide training and certification for anyone who handles food for public consumption. Students will learn basic food safety concepts, and how to protect against food-borne illness outbreaks. Successful completion of this class will also help reduce liability risks and minimize insurance costs. Perfect attendance is required to sit for the certification examination to be offered on the final night of class.
