ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF REGISTRATION
Confirmations are sometime delayed in the mail and may arrive after the start of a course. If we have not called you about your registration, you may assume that you are registered. Always feel free to call us at 845.331.5050 to verify your status.
A makeup class is offered when session is cancelled because of teacher illness, inclement weather, or other unavoidable circumstances. The makeup class will be scheduled the week after the last regular session of the course. If a registrant misses a class, there is no makeup. We regret that we are unable to prorate fees for students who cannot attend all sessions of a course.
Participation in adult program activities is at your own risk. If you are enrolling in physical fitness, sports, or other physically active courses, check with your physician beforehand to make certain that these courses are appropriate. Ulster BOCES relies on each registrant to seek medical advice as to his/her capacity to participate and will not be responsible for injuries, damages, or losses.
There will be a $10 charge for transcripts. Please make check payable to Ulster BOCES Treasurer.
Children and pets (except service animals) may not attend Adult Program classes unless indicated in the course description.
