NYSED Graduation Measures

The Board of Regents and State Education Department are hosting regional meetings across the state to gather feedback on what a state diploma should signify to ensure educational excellence and equity for every student in New York State. The meetings are an integral part of Phase I in the review of graduation measures and will offer opportunities for stakeholders and members of the public to share input.

Please Attend!

Please join Regent Josephine Finn, 3rd Judicial District, and the regional BOCES District Superintendents on Wednesday, March 4 at Ulster BOCES, 175 Route 32 North, New Paltz, NY from 5-7 PM to share your thoughts.  (Please note that this meeting was originally planned for March 11 but has been rescheduled to March 4 with a snowdate of March 11).

The meetings will include the opportunity for attendees to break out into small groups to discuss and provide feedback on five guiding questions.

Your feedback is extremely important and will help shape the credentials needed by future graduates.

Can't Attend?

Please complete our online survey about the five guiding questions to provide feedback.
